The opportunity to train alongside an experienced Early Year’s practitioner — a highly experienced mentor who will share best practice, knowledge and understanding of children’s care, learning and development.

We offer apprentices the same conditions as other employees. (For example this includes: paid holidays, sick pay, any support we offer, eg: coaching or mentoring).
What is the criteria?
We welcome applications from everyone but please check the following criteria:
No previous qualifications or experience necessary.
You must be aged 17 but there is no upper age limit.
You must be living in England and not taking part in full time education or have an existing degree.
You must have achieved GCSE English and maths grade A* - C before commencing.
You will be required to work at least 30 paid hours a week and sign a contract of employment.
You will sign up to our training provider (Total People).
