What are the Benefits?

What is the criteria? 


We welcome applications from everyone but please check the following criteria:

  • No previous qualifications or experience necessary.
  • You must be aged 17 but there is no upper age limit.
  • You must be living in England and not taking part in full time education or have an existing degree.
  • You must have achieved GCSE English and maths grade A* - C before commencing.
  • You will be required to work at least 30 paid hours a week and sign a contract of employment.
  • You will sign up to our training provider (Total People).
