"Get your childcare costs covered"
If you are under the age of 20 and have one or more children, Care to Learn can help pay for your childcare and costs while you’re learning.
The subject or course you take is up to you. For example, you can choose whether you want to take a qualification or not, and whether you want to learn at a college or through work. Wherever you decide to learn, you can be confident that your child is being safely looked after.
What you need to know
The Care to Learn scheme offers young people financial help with childcare so that they can get back into studying and possibly gain qualifications. Early Learners support this scheme and the parents throughout this process. We have a close relationship with our local educational bodies and Connexions. This scheme is open to parents aged under 20 and offers financial help with any kind of registered childcare if you are studying.
